The location is great, close to the market, Vagamon junction, and the LuLu mall on the way to the Cochin Airport, and the room is functional with comfortable beds.

The hotel offers a great selection of food that was healthy!

the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi which was a huge convenience. the hotel's location was ideal, with stunning views of the surrounding tea plantations from the balcony. the staff were extremely helpful, providing guidance and directions on the best places to visit in the town.

The hotel's restaurant service was particularly slow due to the busy local festival season. the menu was limited, and some of the dishes were not up to the standard I expected.

Located close to all the major attractions of the area, including a market and a forest, which made it easy to plan our trip. the rooms were well-furnished with modern amenities like LED TV, kettle, and toiletries. the restaurant served delicious food with prompt service.

Had a blast there during New Year's. Amazing food and warm hospitality. Very helpful staff and arrangements for site-seeing were smooth. The rooms were quite spacious and the view from the windows was stunning. Loved the rooftop swimming pool and the location is ideal for a peaceful getaway.

The charging points were limited and a bit inconvenient. , the cleanliness of the swimming pool was not up to the mark.

Chillax was a great find for our family vacation. the location was ideal - very near to all the major attractions in Vagamon. We didn't have to travel far to explore the beauty of the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and make our stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and had good furniture, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. With private bathrooms and a delicious breakfast served, we felt right at home.
